Those pictures of planets so far away you saw on the internet are just artists' renditions. there is no real real HQ photos for those planets out of our solar system. Hell, it took these many years to take pictures of Pluto
the pictures of the galaxies are real though. and the reason is this: galaxies are HUGE. million times bigger and brighter than a random ass planet, hence it's easier to capture. to make it easier, let's make an analogy: you have a mountain 100 miles away and a pebble 1 mile away. which one is easier to be photographed?
