It's from this awesome artist named Josh Kline. I got to see this in real life early last year (it's from a collection of human-sized teletubbies in army gear) and it was terrifying.
I didn't like Asiatisch at all, but I loved the Future Brown album, and that new song is actually pretty good! That album cover though... way too uncomfortable to look at.
