a fwitter is where you're on private and only allow a small number of people to follow you and you use it to tweet #wild and #outrageous things. where you can talk **** and expose people all u want and no scrubs will know. some of my friends' fwitters also have pics of them doing drugs and stuff on there. fwitters r fun
