It actually matters a lot. If Trump wins Iowa by a large margin, he will be light-speeded towards the nomination A lot of anti-Trump republicans need him to lose Iowa so that the establishment can win NH and Trump loses momentum. Palin's endorsement makes this a lot less likely.
