Like any city there are rough patches but I am sure you're bright enough to do your due diligence in selecting what neighborhood you would want to live in (or just ask me). Philadelphia has been my home for over 10 years now and I absolutely adore it. The New York times voted it the best place to visit in the country and 3rd best in the world and the only US city to become a World Heritage City. It has a lot to offer from music, to culture, to art, to food to sports. If you need anymore insight please ask
