Wow thanks so much guys.
I've stopped:
* having yolk in my egg, egg whites only
* takeaways
* fizzy drinks/juice drinks, water only
* I'd rather walk to places more than take a bus
* snacking with fruits
* no meat
* have salad with anything kinda unhealthy (pasta...)
* eating less
do you think I need a bigger change or?

Or do you suggest I cut out carbs completely?
