Kesha will either continue on with her Kemosabe/RCA deal when the lawsuit is finally finished in 1-2 years and they will neglect her and not waste their money promoting her, or she will get her way and end up on an indie label who won't have the funds to properly promote her since no major is going to want to touch the bitch who sued her old label.

Past Lives is her best song tbh. Wherever You Are is sorta trash but it's her best "poppy" song imo.

this isn't a bad thing tho considering she will get to make her artistic integrity music and not have to be forced to make generic trash like she used to make. All she wants to do is go to a different label where she has creative freedom to make the music she wants. If she gets that her new album will be miles better than Lad Fad 5 considering how good her taste is and the music she is capable of making (The Flaming Lips, Past Lives, snippets to songs that never got released)
Hands to Myself is literally flawless. The way her company knows how to utilize her extremely weak voice amazes me. Her pop songs this era have been amazing.

Funny thing is her "indie music" would still most likely be in the vein of Luke-produced songs like "Dirty Love" and "Gold Trans Am".
In other words, her music will still be trash, just much less catchy.
Dirty Love is a great pop rock song with a great collab. She wouldn't make similar music to her already created tracks. She'll create original ideas that she knows her fans will love (she won't cater to pop trash) and everyone will be happy. Who knows, she might even leave pop behind and go indie/alternative rock which is what I'd prefer or maybe release a pop single and if it gains traction but if it doesn't then **** pop
