I lost 60 pounds in 12 weeks , the goal is to eat below your daily calorie maintenance level , there are bunch of website that willl help you figure it out .
I walk about 15 miles every week at my own pace , eat within a 6 hour window , fast for the remaining 18 hours , and eat on a low carb diet .
