I think I meant level pacing. We remember how messy the leveling was for GSC and HGSS. iirc it was because they needed to fit both regions and pace it out or something. So usually two regions get difficult to work with since. Something or another. Spacing 8 gyms is easier then 16. Is what I'm saying.
