Yep. I really don't think she has a chance of winning anymore (unless something drastic happens within the next 24 hours to turn it all around). Linda's comments hold no weight but the Academy is too prestigious for this nonsense. Diane finally had her chance and now it's gone. Linda can run but she can't hide. Good luck to her.

Going from interviews, it doesn't look like they have anything to really hide tbh. Gaga's contributions technically count for credit, and Gaga did say Diane brought the song to her pretty much finished.

I respect Linda's work but she really says things that are out of line. I remember her bashing all American Idol contestants (she said except Kelly) saying theyre not artists, wouldn't be doing anything without the show, etc....that's so ignorant.

I know. But the whole controversy is about Gaga being called a songwriter on the song when she apparently only changed a few words. So just take off her writing credits and keep her as the main producer (which she is). Linda will be happy, and both will be credited that way.
