Legendary Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace was shot dead on the steps of his South Beach, Miami home on the morning of July 15, 1997. A random act of violence done by serial killer Andrew Cunanan, who committed suicide just a few days after Versace's murder.

Gianni was only 50 years old and was living such an amazing life, the killer seemed to be really deluded and desperate all of his life.
