Constipation is worse. Diarrhoea at least has some relief to it. Constipation on the other hand

I find more relief with constipation. It's like giving birth. With diarrhoea you can't even trust your own farts. And sometimes it burns.

Constipation can be easily solved with some lube
and a small change in diet
