I think there will be a 4th single, just something while she tours early next year. I doubt there will be a 5th single due to the new album, unless they want to have Kelly consistantly on radio between albums a la GaGa.
I have a very strong feeling that the 4th single will be "If I Can't Have You". Kelly has expressed interest in it as a single, it is radio friendly and more up-to-date with 2009's music, and translates well live.
The only thing "Don't Let Me Stop You" has going for it is it's radio friendly safeness. It's outdated, and Kelly finds it hard to sing live having dropped it from her current tour's setlist.
I could see "All I Ever Wanted" as the 4th single too.

You sure its catchy? Its more like bubblegum pop that gets old too quickly in my opinion.

Peak of 16 thus far on BB100, 14 on iTunes, 1 on Hot AC (U.S and Canada), 5 on Pop/Chr, 12 on AC, and top 10 on Hot 100 airplay. It's not a minor top 40-20 hit, it's a top 20 hit and radio smash.

And just 'cause you don't think it's catchy doesn't mean it's set in stone. There are a lot of people whom have heard IICHY and think it's a catchy electro-dance track.
