Like they didn't even try to hide that she was a lazy ripoff of Ursula. She even had the exact same voice actress!
Anyway, to answer the OP... Disney direct-to-DVD sequels usually range from "eh" to "OH GOD WHY," with most of them falling into the latter category.
Though I heard that Cinderella 3: A Twist in Time was actually pretty decent.
