if you watched the video you would realize it is beyond evident that she has SEVERE mental issues. Her emotions were all over the place and her actions did not follow any reasonable train of thought.Yes, she said some bad things about brown skinned people,but its obvious she is not mentally stable and is acting on an uncontrollable impulse..
