He has people believing that he doesn't have money issues and is simply doing this bankruptcy only to get out of paying 17M+ dollars.
While I don't believe he's broke I don't think he can just pull that stunt without them looking over his finances and transfers and transactions over the course of years.
He's not as broke but not as wealthy as some believed either.
