Why were beds invented?
Why not get a mattress and leave it on the floor? Why does it need to be elevated?

sleeping on a mattress on the floor is colder and the slatted frame is better for your spine.

back in the days when i used to be a junky i had a mattress on the floor and it started to mold on the downside.

i dont use mattresses i sleep on the floor. mattresses make your bones weak

I actually only have a fat ass mattress laying on the floor ...
My place is clean as ****, I'm a property maniac.
And my building has a floor heating system.
