i believe you, Italians don't **** with dirty food. the freshest **** for them. i know because my first job was at an Italian restaurant. the owner and boss was a proud Italian; he made sure we kept that place clean, food and health regulations all met etc. his ingredients and the food itself were always fresh. great food too.

i've NEVER eaten chipotle, i guess i haven't missed out on much. besides, when you're Mexican you can just cook that **** for yourself at home .
