Realistically, Katy will probably fare the best if she continues being safe, but I don't think she'll do anything spectacular unless she surprises people. Bey could do astronomically well but I think she may be going for a very urban leaning album, so maybe album numbers rather than single numbers will be on her agenda (as they have been for half a decade now).
I think Gaga could go two ways. I think she'll open with ARTPOP numbers (which are great in today's climate) but the album will have far more longevity. Who knows with the single. It's very hard to gauge since we know next to nothing about the sound. Or she could do incredibly well and be back at the top with the hype and public image she has now - the public love a comeback and have reacted very well to her cleaned up image.
Rihanna is to be decided but Work will likely do very well. The album is a huge risk for her considering this messy campaign and lack of hits (although FFS did very very well, despite what ATRL thinks). Britney will likely not do wonders but I'm here for it anyway.
perform where sis?
I'm asking who will come out on top in terms of general success in 2016. Will it be Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Beyonce or Britney Spears. All of them are rumored and expected to release this year.
