I don't want either of them to do it tbh. Just look at this thread already. Four pages of people arguing over a god damn TRIBUTE and bringing up dumb and petty as hell STAN WAR ****.
I'm sorry but I don't think it would work and I hope this rumour isn't true. They need to get some other options.
I don't think Gaga will ever collab with Madge in any way. Even after that fake friends real diamonds pic at the MET gala. Madonna was so mean to her back in 2011/2012 that it would be ridiculous if both of them agree to collab one day.
Also, Madonna has a show on Feb 14th. Not happening.
Nope, Gaga should pay tribute to Kylie Minogue, not David Bowie.
Why though? Gaga has given amazing tributes for Julie Andrews, Carole King, Sting and Frank Sinatra. Why do you think she's the one less likely to do David Bowie justice?
No! The only thing David ever did was having his PR people to deny collaboration rumors.
To be fair, that doesnt mean anything. Someone is able to express his feelings right away, and someone needs time to process things. So far, I have been trying to pay my respect to David too, but I simply cant find the right words to express how much he meant to me. Its not that easy.
But look at this thread. This is a bad idea. David doesnt deserve to have his tribute ruined and overshadowed by some stupid stan war gimmick like this.
Gaga needs to dissasociate herself from madonna COMPLETLY. The madonna vs gaga comparisons affected her career and affected her emotionally. Madonna adding salt to the wound certainly did not help. But knowing Gaga's pure love for David she would do anything to perform the best tribute possible...even if it means collabing on stage with madonna.

So?
Someone who was close to David and knew him well enough to make a tribute he would have liked should do it.
From today's music business; if anyone can do COMPLETE justice to Bowie, it's Gaga.
Not only because talent, but because she literally worships him and tributed him a lot already in her career.
