Target>>> It's a classy version of Walmart with minimal price increase.
The Kroger's I've been to are super markets so I'm not sure why that's in this comparison but maybe it's just the ones I've been to.

Walmart. Kroger is more comparable to Publix.

Wal Mart > Why would I go anywhere else when I can pick up my groceries, a new wardrobe, get my eyes checked, get a haircut, and stop by dunkin donuts all in one place

Target. But I'm stuck with Walmart in my college town. I beg my mom to go to Target when I'm home

I'm not sure why people prefer Target tbh. Their selection is smaller, the quality is the same, and the price is usually higher

We don't have Walmart's in NYC and the closest one to me is over the bridge (which is a $14 toll) and it's super dirty and run down.
We have two "Super" Targets that are huge and I'd say have a better selection than the Walmart by me.

I'm not sure why Kroger is in this poll. It's a grocery store chain unlike Walmart and Target. And on top of that, it's only referred to as Kroger in certain areas of the US. For those of you in Southern California, like I am, you're probably more familiar with it under the name of Ralph's or Food 4 Less.
In fact, these are all the names you might know Kroger as:
Baker's Supermarkets (Omaha, Nebraska)
City Market (Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico)
Dillons Food Stores (Kansas, Missouri)
Fry's Food & Drug (Arizona)
Gerbes Super Markets (Central Missouri)
Harris Teeter (North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Delaware, and the District of Columbia)
Jay C (Southern Indiana)
King Soopers (Colorado, Wyoming)
Kroger (Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia)
Owen's (Northeastern Indiana)
Pay Less Super Markets (Central Indiana)
QFC (Oregon, Washington State)
Ralphs (Southern California)
Roundy's (Pick 'n Save, Mariano's Fresh Market, Metro Market, Copp's) (Wisconsin, Illinois )
Scott's (Fort Wayne, Indiana)
Smith's (Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming)
So with that said, I shop at Ralph's for our groceries. There is one down the street from where I live.
Target and Walmart are good in their own rights. Target is great for new music and ivdeo games. Walmart is good for things like socks and underwear and dog food.
