I really really got into Taylor over the summer, but what I still can't really get into are her tours.
The reason I love her music is because, as I'm sure it is with everyone, the songwriting is perfection. But I've watched the 1989 Tour and the RED Tour and I feel like the over choreographed numbers such as The Lucky One, Holy Ground, etc. distract from the meanings of the songs. I guess it just doesn't seem like she feels the songs as she is performing them.
I would honestly love a show where Taylor stands at her mic stand and sings her truth.
