Jessie J - there were some decent songs on there but she became too try-hard during the Alive era. Same for Sweet Talker, her second US release.

Their first album was flawless. I saw them live 4 times, met them, got their autograph, pictures, even their logo is tattooed on my back.

But the sophomore album they released a few months back just... Isn't as good. At all.

Lana Del Rey is the first name that came to mind. Born To Die was flawless and Ultraviolence was mediocre.

Stars Dance was amazing, while Revival kinda sucks.

Nicki in hindsight, even though I loved Roman Reloaded at the time. Also, Jake Bugg's sophomore sasnt on the same level as his debut.

Not Lana Del Rey. Ultraviolence is her best piece of work to date! People who say Born To Die is her best album clearly don't know who she is as an artist.

Or they just didn't like Ultraviolence It's definitely proven over time to not be everyone's cup of tea.

And I realize she herself prefers UV and HM sound, but they just don't do it for me They're solid LPs just lack the magic of BTD/Paradise.
