eBay has them (but be careful cause there's tons of bootleg sellers and also a bunch of overpriced ones so I don't recommend it), sunyshore.com is a dedicated selling service which is very reliable, yahoo japan auctions has rare ones but you'll need a middle man, sometimes ecrater, amazon but again be careful of bootlegs and a lot of the times amazon won't have any rares unlike ebay, and tbh those are all the big name sellers. other than that you just need to find reliable single sellers.

pkmncollectors livejournal is a very good place that collectors all go to and sell their stuff/buy their stuff there through paypal and transactions are extremely safe since there's a VERY small chance of you being scammed and even if you do you can dispute

edit: pokevault also exists and it has a decent selection but their stuff can be extremely overpriced and you can just order online from pokemoncenter.com i think but it only ships to the US as for the japan pokemon center im not sure it might ship ww

I started collecting the original card sets I had started as a kid. The base set, base set 2, fossil, jungle, Rocket, gym heroes, and gym challenges (also the Pokemom Topps cards as well).

I also started, and finished collecting all the Pokemon badges. I have 96 pins All 6 gens (50 badges), the 4 orange island badges, the 14 battle frontier badges, pokemom contest ribbons, and team rocket, magma, aqua, flare, galactic, and plasma pins.

I got a Vaporeon and Glaceon plushie for $3 each on Amazon when they suddenly all dropped in price.
