I'd probably lean towards yes in most cases. And seeing why we have this thread, I've never had an issue with Nicki paying her brother's bail. I really do understand where she's coming from. People forget that she's not paying to give him a free pass, she's just helping him put together the best legal defense possible. He's not proven guilty yet and it's understandable his sister would cling to hope of innocence

Depends. If it was something small then yes, but if it was something absolutely horrible like murder (for no reason) or rape, I wouldn't. At that point you have to objectively view them as just any other horrible person.
