We all know at least one person who is broke by choice, they may be too lazy to get a job or spend all of their extra money on weed, alcohol or other unnecessary and compulsive purchases. If you ever hang out with them then you're most likely driving because they dont have a car or never have any gas money.

There's a difference between actually struggling with money, and then choosing to not have any. Why do people choose to struggle and live off of feeding on others?

I had a unemployed friend who hadn't worked a day since we graduated HS five years ago, get mad at me for inviting him to dinner and not offering to pay for his meal. The nerve.

Tbh a former friend of mine didn't have much but did nothing to better her situation.
She didn't work and when me and my best friend (who introduced me to this old friend) would go places she'd expect us to pay for her
