I'm seeing people on YouTube play ethereal gates? It has gen 6 mechanics, gen 5 moving sprites but hgss's beautiful graphics. It's actually quite cute. It's still a demo though and the full dex is not released yet

I mean this is true. We probably won't even have a full 2 year gap like other gens had.
Tho the difference is that they started the Z campaign way too early (and barely giving us news)
Y'all apparently the Sceptile announcement poster was a green and red questionmark; aka the colors of Sceptile. Which means this Pokemon is blue and orange; so M-Swampert is basically confirmed, altho there's a slight chance of Heracross.

I think the wait is only feeling so long since NA and Europe are use to yearly releases per game during a Gen. While in Japan its normal to have a two year gap between games.
