First of all, you have to be at least 18 to buy a lottery ticket and you have to make sure your state participates in Powerball lottery. You can buy tickets at gas stations and super markets. It cost $2 per game. You pick 5 numbers for the white balls and one for the red one, the powerball. The numbers don't have to be in order. Or you can just let tell the cashier you want random numbers and a computer will pick them for you:
