Oh, and I hate that this season was completely ignored at the GGs. I know it had a pretty rocky start, but I'm actually enjoying this season more than season one.

The jump in time is great.
Noah was almost...not sympathetic, exactly, but less awful than usual during his session with the Dr. (Cynthia Nixon ) At least until I realized that he was just basking in the attention as he held forth about his favorite topic: Noah Solloway. Ugh.

I loved the scene with Alison and Cole, especially because of the slightly surprising contrast between a relaxed, clear-eyed Cole and a scared, barely-holding-it-together Alison.

I read that some people were disappointed with the finale, but I was satisfied with it. It's going to be a long wait until the next season.

It was meh tbh. The whole season as a whole wasn't as compelling as season one. Allison and Noah were the pits this season. You kind of sympathized with them even though they were in the wrong, but now... I also miss what season one did about showing same events, but from different perspectives. This season they didn't rely that much on them. It was every one of them for themselves. This kind of made it a generic season.

On the positive side, Helen and Cole were a breath of fresh air. They are interesting characters, however, I don't know how the writers are going to keep them relevant next season. It's definitely going to be interesting. I'm also glad that they're (kind of) done with who killed Scotty (who by the way is super hot).

Did anyone else love Scott's cover of "The House of the Rising Sun"?

Just finished season 1 and I loved it. My favorites were Helen, Cole, and Alison's co-worker that lived in the city. The two main characters annoyed me so much though (more so Noah than Alison who was a more sympathetic character).

I felt so bad for Helen and Cole throughout the entire season. They both tried so hard for Noah and Alison only to be betrayed like that, especially Helen. At least Alison and Cole had been growing apart because of their son, Noah didn't even seem to have a good reason to cheat (I suppose there isn't ever a good reason to cheat though).

Overall, I'd rate the first season an 8/10. I hope the second season is just as good!
