She's "back," but as a very different figure from when she was last prevalent. She was this Adele/Taylor industry-dominating figure in 2010 who commanded unparalleled attention and sales (obviously until 2011 with Adele). Through about 2012, she was the biggest pop star on the market before the AP era saw her fall, so to speak.
She may never quite hit that again, but what she has now is respect throughout the entire entertainment industry and maybe even from the general public. She's a very different woman and artist. She's working toward cementing a legacy, not just toward selling the most units and being the hottest name. So I don't think she's exactly "back" - she's sort of transcended, risen above the need to be "back" at all.

This is the only truth. The rest is just speculations or hate/jealoussy.
Gaga is coming as a new force, a new persona. She is gaining respect on a whole new level. Becoming a legend in all fields.
The haters can keep going.
