You like things to be perfectly neat and clean. You have your way of doing stuff (which you've perfected over the years), and you won't do them any other way.
You can sometimes experience negative thoughts and emotions creeping into your brain and annoying you.
Our advice is to talk about it with someone close, once you pass that barrier, the road is much much easier.
