Trans "Davina" on trial for raping 15yo when she was "David"

A transgender woman allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl before changing sex from male to female.
Davina Ayrton, now 34, is accused of raping the teenager in 2004, when she was known as David.
The alleged victim, who had run away from home at the time, said the alleged attack 'was over quickly but felt like it was forever'.
She said that Ayrton, aged around 25 at the time, acted as if nothing had happened.
In a police interview which was played to Portsmouth Crown Court, the alleged victim, who is now in her 20s, said: ‘He just lay on top of me, it must have been seconds but it felt like it was minutes.
'He just sat up as if it was nothing.’
The jury was told how the alleged incident happened in a garage in Portsmouth, containing a sofa and two chairs, where the 'frequent runaway' would stay when hiding from her family.
The woman claims she was raped while a friend and her boyfriend were asleep inside the garage.
In the interview, the alleged victim described how she could not fight off the attack because one arm was trapped against the back of the sofa.
Ayrton, who the court heard had medium-length greasy brown hair at the time, allegedly held down the other.
The alleged victim said she ‘couldn’t breathe’ when Ayrton went to kiss her. ‘I’m sure there was a point I went to slap him but I couldn’t move my arm,’ she said on the video.
She added: ‘I said "get off me". I said it three or four times. It was more his weight on me at that point. That’s when he was kissing my face, slobbering on my face... I couldn’t breathe.’
The alleged victim also told the court that she had shouted and sworn at the defendant in a bid to make him stop, but the two friends had not woken up.
The alleged victim said Ayrton then sat down, picked something off the floor and left. Both had been drinking, but the woman said she had a clear recollection of the events.
She added: 'I am fully aware of what happened in that garage.'
