"Better In Time" was a smash in the U.S. It wasn't as big as "Bleeding Love," but it still went to #3 on pop airplay. Not to mention, it sold around 1.5 million. (I think, I can't remember if it got 2 million or not.) It's gained over 3 billion radio listeners, with "Bleeding Love" gaining 4 billion. You know what a normal song will bring in? Around 1.5-2 billion. So "Better In Time" definitely was a U.S. smash hit. Like it or not, it was. Numbers don't lie.

ESOM won't be losing airplay anytime soon. It may stall out, but it's not going to start falling soon. It's still climbing really fast on pop. I think it's pretty much peaked or getting ready to peak on Urban and Rhythmic, but Pop has huge numbers too. It could slip to 110 million AI, but that's still a monstrous number. However, its digital sales will climb next week along with GaGa's thanks to AMAs. So I don't think GaGa will get #1 next week, but the week following, ESOM will most likely fall in sales, while GaGa will too, but with most likely, a less jump. So, GaGa might be able to get it the week after next, but I highly doubt she'll get it next week with AMA numbers.
