They have 8 Top 40 songs so it's not THAT big of a reach if they include some new tracks but I still find it sort of awkward when artists without too many BIG hits release GH albums.

No Surprise from his second album was his 4th #1 in his genre and went Platinum.. The next single, Life After You also is nearing platinum(around 900K).
Waiting for Superman sold 500K from his fourth album..
Although the hits were not as big as the hits in the first album(hit in all genres), they were still in his genre
Greatest Hits album don't make sense in this day and age unless you are doing it to get out of your contract and don't want to sacrifice your new music to do that. So I'm just going to assume he just doesn't want to sacrifice his good music on the label he is on and is just doing this to fulfill an album obligation to his label.

Nope, originally the greatest hits album should've been released at the end of last year and we should've gotten a new album this year
