Second US single from Jess Glynne's debut album I Cry When I Laugh called "Don't Be So Hard On Yourself", which impacts the CHR/Pop format on January 19 according to AllAccess. (x)
This already had a multiple pages thread when it got released in other countries but I think it expired. Maybe that should get re-opened? I don't know what's the point of a second thread for the same single
I have just recently bought her album (I had not heard any songs besides RB) and I really like it.
Still, this 90s dance with great vocals (M People come to mind) - as amazing as it is - seems dated already from a commercial point of view, I'm afraid.
So maybe it really would have been better to push a song that's rather funky.
I've always preferred this over Hold My Hand. Sounds a lot more like a smash imo. Hoping that she has some good promo lined up. This could be her breakout solo hit in America.
