Well not when it's free... It's a song on a mixtape that is free. There's no royalties to be shared. It fully credited the original song for its sample. Legally JoJo doesn't need to do anymore than that. Ethically JoJo has gone above and beyond praising her for her inspiration
Jo credited her for the sample and the song is uploaded online for free. There is nothing more Jo needed to do. Donna is just clearly out of touch with how these things work.
