News: Parliament to debate blocking Trump from UK entry

I signed this  hope it goes through, although I seriously doubt it. Having a (potential) American president BANNED from the UK would never happen cos of the special relationship

Trump has British citizenship through his mom unless he renounced it, so I doubt they could even legally ban him even if they wanted to.

'UK law roughly translated is ban any non-uk citizen with views that are not conducive to UK society, that applies to outspoken racists, other forms of severe social prejiduce, and people who condone rape &/or incest, and religious extremists
Trump falls into at least one of those categories if not all four in my opinion'

But there are less Jews than Muslims in the US and they share a bigger percentage of murderous crimes, so according to this (flawed) logic, we'd be banning Jewish people from entering the US as well?

An overreaction. Like it or not, there are millions of people living in the UK that agree with Trump on most things (far less of a majority than in America, but still)
What he's said is vile but you can't ban people from the country for saying things you don't agree with.
