Poker Face was nowhere to be seen on the charts in 2008 so it can only belong in 2009. Bad Romance on the other hand was present in 2009 and 2010, but I'd consider it a 2010 hit mostly since it spent more weeks on the chart during that year and only appeared in that year-end chart.
Both those other songs are trailing far ahead, and dominate "Bad Romance" WW.
