Well I mean the good sis has access to Foul Play, Prankster, Magic Bounce, and one weakness. Even without a mega it was still viable. And that's one mega out of the many overly offensive ones in OU

For Meganium who has nothing viable it needs something more then just some defense stats and a fairy typing. Sis needs some power.

I guess Pure Grass will do. At least, with Jungle Terrain, Meganium's Grass Moves will hit like a bomb. A stronger Adaptability.
