Is Bad Romance the biggest song from 2009?
Gaga's iconic smash Bad Romance was released in 2009. Do you think that it's the biggest song released that year? Can't think of any examples.

Oh, I forgot about I Gotta Feeling. It was huge too, so it wasn't bigger than IGF?
It can still be the biggest female song from 2009.

As you consider songs released only in 2009, I Gotta Feeling and the 9 week #1 smash hit Tik Tok were bigger than BR.
Bad Romance was the third biggest song of that year, imo.
