Quote:
Sources tell E! News exclusively that an end date for Girls has indeed been decided upon, with Lena Dunham and her ladies set to sign off from HBO after a sixth season.

i like when shows have a decisive end point and don't just burn out / start to suck after a while
that said, i don't / have never liked Girls

Almost the same amount of seasons that Sex & The City got. Meaning two movies for "Girls" must be coming soon.

This show was great.
But why did they drag it out so long and cancelled Looking.

Aw i will miss it
i love this show
I don't get the irrational hatred some people have towards Lena Dunham and the show
like, why?

So two seasons left? I'll take it.
The show hasn't drop in quality for me. Season 4 wa good but season 3 is still the season to top.
Lee, since the new season is soon beginning, can you re-open this thread?
I wanna post the trailer.

Officially SATC had 6 seasons too actually.
So did Emmy favorite Larry Sanders Show.
Extras and Conchords had 2, but I think that was the showrunners' decision.

I was a fan but it got annoying around S3. I'll probably tune back in soon though and give it one more try.
