Lol that's a pure fan-fiction contractual obligation. As long as her voice makes it on the track, I'm sure all is good. And not only that, her contract is with the label, not with the other girls.
And we know how the label feels about it so clearly she's good with her obligations.

Ugh. I'm done here. When it comes to a girl group, consisting of actual people, you can't look at everything from a legal, cut-and-dry standpoint. Yeah, Camila doesn't have to be there, but she should want to be there with her group mates listening to them record and joining them in the studio process. Based on what you're saying, you could just have five girls who record all of their material separately and only see each other when they have to for performances, videos, etc. But we all know girl groups don't work that way.
They make it sound like her absence is messing up the creative atmosphere or something.
are u stupid or what? they're a GROUP for a reason they have to do everything musically-related together
do you think DK, DC, SG, LM... let each member go do solo stuff and record their part separately and then let some producers put the parts together?
They're being loyal by default. You're making it sound as if these girls are being approached for solo work.
Let's not pretend anyone of them would have turned down a Justin Beiber collab for the good of the group. Like sdfssdf
loyal by default? tf that suppose to mean?
No those girls are not being approached. Camilla approached his ass.
And right! It wasn't even Justin Beiber. She was willing to betray her group for some viner just to get her own name out there. That's far her loyalty stretches. If it was justin bieber, I could sympathise with her, but she's literally just looking for any break to segway into her solo career

Goodnight everyone.
Yes, sorry but they are a girl group made up of random strangers, with the intent of making money
as long as they make it on the track, to performances, and promotional events
what's the problem? I'm sorry if their personal relationships are that important to you

And it doesn't seem to be getting through their thick skulls. Camilla can be that girl and maybe it wont hurt the group that much, but if they all become that girl the group would have to disband. They all have to practice self-restraint, camilla betrayed that.
People are STILL stuck on this being jealousy. The problem is not the song itself. It's just how quickly she ran to do it instead of waiting to establish the group 1st, how excited she was about it [more than any 5H single], how she rambled on about how it was the "real her" and how she could "finally be herself", her shady antics before, during and after the song came out... even going as far as to compare it to Normani's dance videos and a role Dinah didn't get, as if her " side project" isn't more of a long term thing. Like... but whatever. I'm done w/ this topic for the night. They're all doomed

.............................just can it and SCRAM!
you know what could really change the whole thing?
"Camila Cabello of Fifth Harmony"
this is how a dedicated member of a group would have done
The write up of Camila performing tonight on Jimmy's official website:

it's not even about their personal relationship
how can you NOT understand that a GROUP have to WORK TOGETHER?
DK hate each other but they still suck it up and sit in the studio together
NO GIRL GROUP IN THE HISTORY has ever let each member record their part separately and then put together Well maybe some KPop or JPop groups did but that's not what we discuss here

Only PCD. So if Camilla thinks those girls are her backup dancers....
