If you think about the whole situation from her perspective, she still gets her money even without releasing ANTi. Her tour is selling great, her deal with Puma has done wonders for them, her 3 (!) singles made her the most streamed female artist of 2015 and she got 25 mil for the promo of an album that doesn't even exist. If I were her I wouldn't be too worried about when I'd release too
Plus, it keeps people thirsty for music so she uses that to promote her other endeavours and it's clearly working. People would buy anything with her name on it.
But imma need her to release the album for this to happen.
