Best Navy Persona I decided to drop this year because people usually vote for their friends rather than voting for the best personality/funniest member. I decided to switch that out for Best Bandwagoner this year.
I wanted to class up the awards a bit this year hence the minimal changes and different titles. I dropped Hybrid because almost everyone is a hybrid these days.

Sure thing. Threader just sounds very limited to me. Threader, Informed and Dedicated could have been brought down to Contributor and another however-you-wanna-dub-it category. After all, they are more or less overlapping.
And with Persona friend-voting may have been more obvious, but I'm sure it happens with every category to an extent.
I just always considered it one of the key categories and something needed to be recognized.
Dropping Hybrid was a good call, though.
