Although I'd still argue that LM probably hasn't sold very much in these countries since even the #5 debut doesn't mean much if the album didn't have longevity (as many Mixers love to bring up, Reflection's physical sales weren't good in the US despite a #5 peak), so I still disagree that LM is significantly bigger than 5H in Europe since 5H's very big singles advantage is a fair match for LM's marginal album advantage. For the record, I'm not trying to suggest that 5H is significantly bigger than LM in Europe either - I think they're probably about equal there.
I'm not apologizing for liking to express my opinions. It's not that "serious" for me, I just like writing. Not my fault if it's too much to read
And again, you're acting like Get Weird is a huge seller in continental Europe. If that were true, then you could accuse me of unfairly comparing a single with an album (although I'd personally argue there isn't that much of a difference if you're just talking about overall popularity). But since GW isn't an advocate for why LM is so much bigger in Europe than 5H is, I don't get why you're cautioning me not to compare a single with an album. I'm comparing EVERYTHING 5H has done in Europe to EVERYTHING LM has done in Europe.
