I mean, to really live the good life, even if you're not super rich..where people smile back at you..and it feels like home! (lol)

Big city with racial/cultural/ethnic diversity and great economy plus people here are so chill and nice. Our Mayor is a lesbian so we are very accepting as well

From the cities I've been to, San Francisco is the best.

San Diego / Boston / New York if you can afford it.

Depends on your budget and a lot of other factors.

What you described can be found in any big city tbh.
