That happens when your follower/following ratio is really low.

For example, you're following 1100 people but you only have 343 followers, so you'll have to do the following formula to know your follow ratio: "followers / following = fr"

In your case: 343 / 1100 = .311 - very low...

Usually a good fr number would be something avobe 1.0, and they use blue text to tell you that you need to take a look at those numbers and make sure it doesn't go below 1.0, otherwise your account would be likely deleted at any random time because the IG system will mistake it for a bot or a ghost account.

In fact that's why celebs accounts usually don't follow a lot of people too. This only applies to newer accounts, though. Hope I helped.
