And just because I said that doesn't mean I just meant you. There were other GaGa stans in here that were clearly upset with Desire's opinion.

And the part of that that is a true fact is GaGa not needing it. You cannot know if any reality stars essentially needed it to become famous.

Even I'm such a huge fan of Britney, I do like Gaga a lot since Just Dance!! her music is amazing ad she's so thankful with her fans , she's one of the best and hopefully she's here to stay!!!!

Boy please. I meant "Understand her" in the form of the way she dresses. She mentioned something about Gaga's choice of clothing by calling it "over the top".....it's called "High fashion" Usually people that don't understand the art of fashion tend to say stuff like that

Ahhhh...right...so those like me who aren't astonished by her incredible outfits "don't understand" the true essence of fashion altogether.

I understand that "high fashion" seems to be more important than talent nowadays. As I've stated several times before, the woman can sing. However, the way she dresses seems to be what's mainly keeping her in the spotlight. She doesn't need to do all of that. This goes for a countless number of artists, not just Gaga.

Regardless, I rest my case. More power to her.

Lady Gaga is a great singer and wonderful spirit. She also is very full of energy that makes her of the my favorite performers. If is great to know that people love her.

I love Gaga and her fashion, her life is a runway, it's a photo shoot, it's a glamorous life and it can be because that's the way she's made it. I don't think she wakes up and says how can I look like a tranny robot today?

The thing about Lady Gaga is, is that she can be respected and appreciated on so many levels. If you don't like her personally, you might like her music. Dislike the fashion? Maybe you'll love her piano skills. Don't like that? Maybe you'll respect that she writes her music and some music for other artists. My mom doesn't like the "weirdness" about her, but loves her music and is singing LoveGame 24/7.... You don't have to love everything about an artist 100%, especially since we don't really know them personally!

I like GaGa but sometimes the stans become annoying so they make other people hate GaGa.

I can see where you're coming from.

It's funny how easy it is to convince some people how "visionary" or "artistic" her clothes are just by her wearing the most random outfits. :P If she cut a cardboard box into the shape of a circle and glued it on her head, people would be over-analyzing it and raving about how artistic it was even as contrived as it is.

Gaga is very talented but I think her image will be what causes her downfall. It's a bit of a gimmick and after a couple more months it probably won't be as fascinating since she'd have worn every outrageous outfit imagainable to the point where it becomes predictable and people get bored of it. It's almost as if she's trapping herself in a box because even her singles thus far have been a bit typical...they've all had the same electropop/dance sound and a lot of people have been saying her songs sound alike.

That's one of the reasons I hoped "Speechless" as a single so it'd add some versatility to her discography.

Who said you had to be astonished by it? You don't have to be astonished by something to understand it. BTW, it's a HUGE difference between "High fashion/Haute couture" & fashion as a whole.
