white people still are the largest racial category in the US, so i'm pretty sure it's not very hard to find white people. i really can't think of any excuse for this other than the company deliberately trying to provoke people, which isn't really much better.

The US is mostly populated by Caucasian people so it shouldn't be hard to find other Caucasian partners.
whatever this company is, they have to have had a decent amount of money to get an ad out on a prominent billboard (or at least i assume it was prominent. north salt lake has more than 10,000 people in it so i can't imagine it'd be cheap since a large amount of people would see it), so it makes me wonder how successful this site has been
