Personally, between Scream and Harper's Island. Leaning towards the former because of how disappointing the latter's finale and survivor(s) were, though.

I thought the second half of HI was good up until the final episode. The killer motive is ridiculous (though Scream by far has the worst one) and the reveal was predictable, but the real killer was the surivor(s) and, more specificaly, the one victim who DIED in the finale.

I still cringe when I remind myself the way they were acting, so dumb and annoying. 
I think I remember that someone had a gun or something like that, this old guy had nothing but his hands and still killed the one with gun, he was totally invincible.
